True transformation doesn’t always begin with a grand vision or a sudden epiphany. Sometimes, it starts with something simple. Something gentle. Something that doesn’t impose itself, but quietly arrives. The White Rose is such a beginning.
Within the teachings of the thirteen transformation symbols, passed down in the Aquarius mysticism, the White Rose is the very first of these sacred tools — and perhaps the most essential. Though she may appear simple, the energy she carries is profoundly transformative: purification, peace and a quiet receptivity.
“The White Rose opens the field in which all things may be born anew.”
The White Rose is not a physical flower, but a living symbol of light. When you work with her, you activate a field of purification — both around you and within you. Her energy is soft yet powerful. She invites you to release heaviness, not by force, but through gentleness. Not through effort, but through surrender.
You might experience her as a balm for the soul. She brings calm to your thoughts, space to your emotions and clarity to your energy. For many, this alone is enough to work with for weeks — or even longer.
How to work with the White Rose
Begin in silence. Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths. Then, visualize the White Rose: radiant, open, in full bloom. Let her come to you — you don’t have to create her. She appears when you invite her.
You might see her at the center of your chest, in your belly or above your head. Let her spin, glow and breathe there. Now imagine her light gently flowing into your system — entering through your crown, moving down your spine and reaching your root chakra. Allow the energy to travel deep into the Earth. Then slowly draw it back up again — through your body and out through the crown, extending into the cosmos.
In this way, you create an energetic channel where Earth and Heaven meet, held in the field of the Rose.
You might feel warmth or coolness. You might cry or fall into silence. Sometimes you feel nothing. All of it is okay. The White Rose doesn’t work through spectacle, but through resonance.
“Purification is not an action — it is the allowing of what already longs to happen.”
Why begin with the White Rose?
According to the teachings of Sonia — expressed in her booklet “Speaking of the 13 Chakras” — it’s essential for those new to energy work to begin with the transformation symbols. The White Rose is the first key. Not to “achieve something” but to align. To land — in yourself, in your body, in your humanity.
When people jump too quickly into higher-level symbols without proper grounding, it can lead to overstimulation or even energetic dissociation. That’s why respect and patience are so vital. You can’t begin at the level of the Sun if you haven’t yet learned how to root into the Earth.
“You don’t build a cathedral in the sky without laying its foundation in the soil.”
So take your time. Let the White Rose work on you — not as a task to be completed, but as a sacred meeting with yourself. She is not a technique. She is a presence. A teacher. A threshold.
And she is waiting for you.
