As the inner journey deepens, a subtle longing arises: not only to taste the Light and Sound within, but to let them flow outward into the world. This is the natural flowering of the path — what many traditions call seva or selfless service.
At first, meditation may feel deeply personal, almost private. It is the soul turning inward, rediscovering its origin. Yet as awareness expands, the boundary between “me” and “the other” dissolves. You begin to see the same light in every being, the same current humming through all of life. With that recognition comes a profound impulse: to serve, to care, to uplift.
Service is not always grand. Often, it appears in the smallest gestures — a word of kindness, an act of patience, a hand extended when another stumbles. These simple actions carry the same vibration as the inner Sound and their resonance is felt far beyond what the mind can measure.
Living in this way is not about obligation or duty, but about alignment. When you are attuned to the inner current, compassion flows as naturally as breathing. To withhold it would feel as impossible as stopping the sun from shining.
And so meditation and service reveal themselves as two aspects of the same reality: one turns inward, the other outward, but both are expressions of the same love. The Light you see within is meant to be reflected; the Sound you hear is meant to be shared in the harmony of your actions.
In the end, service is not something you do. It is what you become. A vessel, an instrument, a living bridge for the divine current moving through all things. In serving others, you serve the Source itself.
