Introduction

Posture and Breathing

Focus on Connectedness
Bring your attention to the sense of connectedness within yourself. Imagine a soft, warm glow in your heart area, representing unity and connectedness. Feel this warmth spreading throughout your entire body as you inhale. With each breath, this sense of connectedness becomes stronger.
Compassion for Yourself
Now, direct your attention towards yourself. Send loving and compassionate thoughts to yourself. Be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for any mistakes or imperfections. Acknowledge that you are a valuable being and worthy of love.
Compassion for Others
Expand your compassion to others. Think of your loved ones, your friends, your community, and even people you don’t personally know. Wish them all love, happiness, and peace. Visualize the warm glow of connectedness extending to all living beings across the world.
Unity with the World
Visualize that you are energetically connected to the entire world. See a radiant network of light connecting all people, animals, and nature. Feel yourself as an integral part of this network of unity and harmony.
Calming Transition
Gradually release the visualizations and shift your attention back to your breathing. Feel your body breathing calmly and settling into a state of relaxation. Be grateful for this meditation experience and the connection you’ve experienced.
Silence and Reflection
Sit in silence for a moment. Observe any feelings, emotions, or thoughts that arise without judgment. Allow yourself to stay in this silence and savor the feeling of unity and connectedness.
