Step 1: Find a Comfortable Position

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, allowing your body and mind to relax.

Step 2: Be Present in the Now

Bring your awareness to the present moment, letting go of any thoughts about the past or worries about the future. Be fully present in the here and now.

Step 3: Focus on Your Breath

Begin to focus on your breath, noticing the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales. Feel the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.

Step 4: Illuminate Your Inner Awareness

As you breathe, imagine a soft, warm light surrounding your body. This light represents your inner awareness and consciousness.

Step 5: Expand the Inner Light

With each breath, visualize this inner light expanding and filling your entire being, illuminating every cell, organ and fiber of your being.

Step 6: Observe Without Judgment

As you continue to breathe, become aware of any sensations, emotions, or thoughts that arise within you. Observe them without judgment, allowing them to come and go like passing clouds in the sky.

Step 7: Connect with the Present Moment

With each breath, imagine yourself becoming more connected to the present moment and the world around you. Feel a sense of oneness with all living beings and the universe.

Step 8: Gratitude and Conclusion

Take a moment to express gratitude for this moment of inner awareness and connection. Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings. Wiggle your fingers and toes, taking your time to reorient yourself. When you are ready, open your eyes.
