Breath as Presence

This is not breath control. Not breath counting. Not breathwork. This is the quiet art of simply being with the breath — as it is. Breath as presence.

You don’t change it. You don’t shape it. You don’t breathe deeply or slowly. You let the breath be natural, spontaneous, effortless. And you let your attention rest gently with it, like a feather on water.

One breath at a time.

Your focus is soft — not sharp. You notice the gentle movement of inhale… and the fading away of exhale. Especially the subtle pause in between. That empty space. That still moment.

You don’t have to hold on to it. You don’t have to succeed at anything. Just feel. Just stay. Just breathe.

This practice invites grounding.
It quiets the mind — not by force, but through presence.
It draws awareness into the body — without trying to fix, heal or optimize.

Breath as Presence is meditation stripped to its essence. No beliefs, no steps, no goals. Just a return to the rhythm that has always been there — unnoticed.

Until now.

“You don’t breathe. You are breathed. Rest there.”
